Terms & Conditions: Perth Property Cleanups
1. Application
- By engaging Perth Property Cleanups ("we," "us," or "our") for property cleanup services, you ("the Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes posted on our website.
2. Quotes and Payment
- 2.1 All quotes are provided inclusive of GST and are valid for [Number] days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
- 2.2 Acceptance of a quote constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- 2.3 Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Property Ownership and Disposal
- 3.1 Any items left on the property after the completion of the cleanup become the property of Perth Property Cleanups, unless prior arrangements are made.
- 3.2 We reserve the right to dispose of any items left on the property after [Number] days of completion of the work.
- 3.3 We are not responsible for any personal items left on the property. Please ensure all personal items are removed before we commence work.
4. Limitation of Liability
- 4.1 We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill.
- 4.2 Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the services provided.
- 4.3 We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the property or its contents.
- 4.4 We are not liable for any consequential loss or damage.
- 4.5 We are not liable for damage to delicate items such as glass, windows, or fragile items.
- 4.6 Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Service Exclusions
- 5.1 We are not responsible for the removal of hazardous materials, unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
- 5.2 We are not responsible for structural repairs or building maintenance.
- 5.3 We are not responsible for pest control, unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- 6.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [Number] hours before the scheduled service.
- 6.2 A cancellation fee of [Percentage] of the quoted price may apply for late cancellations.
7. Completion of Works

- 9.2 We do not guarantee the removal of all stains or the restoration of all items to their original condition.
10. Damage or Loss
- 10.1 Any damage or loss must be reported to us within [Number] hours of completion of the work.

11. Privacy
